Receive a $5 discount on your 1st checked bag and/or a $5 discount on your carry on bag for you and any travel companion on the same booking at the time of initial booking on FlyFrontier.com, provided you are logged into your EarlyReturns account, and regardless of travel date. On July 1, 2015, Frontier’s Discount Den will be discontinued as described below.

For booking(s) made before March 7th: log in to your EarlyReturns account at the time of check-in online at FlyFrontier.com and your 1st checked bag, and the 1st checked bag for all passengers travelling with you, will be $15. This price is only available to customers who are travelling on bookings made before March 7, 2015, and will be available to those customers regardless of their travel date.
Membership in the Frontier Airlines, Inc. (“Frontier”) Discount Den (the “Den”) program is conditioned on acceptance by you ("Member") of the terms and conditions contained herein (the "Agreement"). By enrolling in or being a member of EarlyReturns, you are deemed to be a Member through June 30, 2015.
Enrollment in the Den will close at 11:59 pm MT, June 30, 2015. The Den will be discontinued effective July 1, 2015, MT as described below. By being a Member or using or continuing to use the benefits of the Den, the Member is deemed to have agreed to all such terms and conditions of the Agreement. There is no charge to be a Member.
Section 1. Eligibility and Enrollment.
1.1. Through June 30, 2015, Members will automatically be enrolled in the Den when they sign up for EarlyReturns; to be in the Den, you must be enrolled in the EarlyReturns frequent flier program. Enrollment in the Den will close at 11:59 pm MT, June 30, 2015.. EarlyReturns program Terms and Conditions are available here: http://content.flyfrontier.com/frequent-flyers/
1.2. The Den will be discontinued on July 1, 2015, MT. No discounts offered as part of the Den will be available after the closure of the Den, except that Members traveling on bookings made before March 7, 2015 will continue to receive the discounted prices described below in 2.2, regardless of their date of check-in online or their date of travel.
1.3. Members shall provide and maintain accurate and true personal information when applying for EarlyReturns/Den membership or using any EarlyReturns/Den benefits. Failure to do so may invalidate Membership in the Den and any subsequent purchases at Frontier's sole discretion. It is each Member's responsibility to update personal information within the Member's EarlyReturns Account Profile on Frontier’s website.
Section 2. Benefits
2.1. For bookings made on or after March 7, 2015 through 11:59 pm MDT June 30, 2015, the Member and any companions in the same reservation will each receive a $5 discount on their carry on bag and/or a $5 discount on their first checked bag purchased at the time of making a new booking for a flight online at FlyFrontier.com. To receive the discount, the Member must be logged into their EarlyReturns account while making the initial booking.
2.2 For bookings made before March 7, 2015 only, Members will receive a $15 price for their first checked bag and the 1st checked bag for each additional passenger travelling on the same reservation, when purchased at the time of check-in online at FlyFrontier.com, regardless of the date of travel. The Member must be logged in to their EarlyReturns account before checking in online. If the Member attempts to log in to their EarlyReturns account on FlyFrontier.com and receives an error message from the website, the Member must call 800-432-1FLY (1359) to have access restored to their EarlyReturns account. The Member must then log in to their EarlyReturns account and check in online to receive the discounted price. The discounted price will not apply if the airfare portion of the booking is changed by the Member, including without limitation dates of travel, flights, origin and/or destination.
2.3 All promotions, fares, and any other special offers whether through Frontier or any of its partners/affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions specifically pertaining to that offer.
Section 3. Discontinuation
The Den will be discontinued effective July 1, 2015.
3.1 Bookings made before March 7, 2015 will retain the benefit described in 2.2 above.
3.2 All discounts offered in connection with the Den, except as described in 2.2 above, will no longer be offered effective July 1, 2015.
3.3 All Den Members will retain their EarlyReturns Membership and status, and there will be no charge related to the Den or the discontinuation of the Den. Den Members can log in using the same credentials as previously in order to access their EarlyReturns Membership.

5.1. Frontier accepts no liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access Frontier’s website or any failure to complete a transaction.
5.2. Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, Frontier shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any nature whatsoever (whether direct or indirect) resulting from a Member's reliance upon the information and suggestions provided by Frontier hereunder and the resulting supply of goods and services to a Member by any third party.
5.3. Frontier shall have no liability to a Member for any loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims for compensation arising from requests or instructions supplied by a Member that are incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of Member.
5.4. Frontier shall not be liable to any Member or any other party or be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Frontier's obligations, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Frontier's reasonable control.
5.5. Frontier will not be responsible for lost, misdirected, bounced, or late delivery of sale information delivered via email.
5.6. Under no circumstances shall Frontier be liable for a Member's incidental or consequential damages.
5.7. This section applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Section 7. Changes to Agreement
Frontier may amend the terms and conditions of Den Membership and this Agreement from time to time without prior notice. Additionally, Frontier may, but is not obligated to, attempt to notify Members of any amendments to the terms and conditions of this Agreement via email. Any Member who does not provide an email address in the account profile will not be notified.
